SILIKE Si-TPVs Overmolding can adhere to other materials through injection molding. suitable for insert molding and or multiple material molding. Multiple material molding is otherwise known as Multi-shot injection molding, Two-Shot Molding, or 2K molding.

SI-TPVs have excellent adhesion to a variety of thermoplastics, from polypropylene and polyethylene to all kinds of engineering plastics.

When selecting an Si-TPV for an over-molding application, the substrate type should be considered. Not all Si-TPVs will bond to all types of substrates.

Application

Si-TPV Modified soft slip TPU granules can be widely used in common toy products such as toy dolls, super soft simulation animal toys, toy erasers, pet toys, animation toys, educational toys, simulation adult toys and so on!

TPE materials: room temperature with the elasticity of rubber, high temperature with a class of Elastomeric Materials can be plasticized molding.TPE material is between rubber and resin is a new type of polymer materials, not only can replace part of the rubber, but also make the plastic to be modified. Thermoplastic elastomer has the rubber and plastic double performance and wide range of characteristics, so that it is widely used in the rubber industry for the manufacture of rubber shoes, rubber cloth and other daily-use products and hoses, tapes, adhesive strips, rubber sheets, rubber parts and adhesives and other industrial supplies.

PVC materials: vinyl chloride monomer in peroxide, azo compounds and other initiators; or under the action of light, heat, according to the free radical polymerization reaction mechanism polymerization of polymers. It is widely used in building materials, industrial products, daily necessities, floor leather, floor tiles, artificial leather, tubes, wires and cables, packaging films, bottles, foaming materials, sealing materials, fibers and so on.
